Senior Backend Engineer — Go

BortoCall runs the calling and messaging infrastructure that banks, ministries and operators depend on every day. You will work on the Go services behind it: signalling, session state and the APIs our mobile and desktop clients talk to.

What you'll do

Design and ship Go services that carry live voice and messaging traffic.
Own those services in production — metrics, alerts, on-call and postmortems.
Work with the protocol team on SIP and WebRTC signalling and media routing.
Review code and mentor engineers earlier in their career.

What you bring

5+ years building backend systems, at least two of them in Go.
Solid grounding in PostgreSQL, Redis and message queues.
Comfort with concurrency, profiling, and the parts of a system that only misbehave under load.

Nice to have

Experience with real-time media (SIP, RTP, WebRTC).
Exposure to on-premise or regulated deployments.
