Our customers run BortoCall on our cloud and inside their own data centres, which means reliability work here covers both. You will own the platform our services are deployed onto and the signals that tell us how they are doing.

What you'll do

• Run and evolve our Kubernetes platform and its deployment pipelines.
• Define SLOs with the service teams and make the error budgets mean something.
• Extend observability — metrics, traces and logs — until incidents are diagnosed from dashboards, not guesses.
• Automate the on-premise install so a customer deployment is a repeatable procedure.

What you bring

• 3+ years running production systems on Linux and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible or equivalent) as a default, not an afterthought.
• Enough programming — Go, Python or similar — to fix the tooling rather than work around it.

Nice to have

• Experience with air-gapped or tightly regulated environments.
• Background in networking or telephony.
