We are looking for a Scrum Master to support our development teams and ensure effective adoption of Agile and Scrum practices. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, help remove obstacles, and foster a collaborative, transparent, and continuously improving team environment.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Help the team identify and remove blockers.

Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog.

Promote Scrum principles, Agile practices, and continuous improvement.

Track team progress and help maintain sustainable delivery.

Encourage effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Identify process improvements and help implement them.

Requirements

Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to manage conflicts and resolve team impediments.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with software or technology teams is a plus.
