Sovereignty,from the start.
Built in Algeria on a simple idea: what belongs to a people should stay governed by that people. We turned it into infrastructure engineered in-house, deployed on your terms, owned entirely by you.

We're building a sovereign stack for institutions.
BortoCall began as enterprise messaging and grew into a family of sovereign tools — video, storage, email — each carrying the same architecture underneath.
We build every layer ourselves: the engine, the encryption, the console. We don't license someone else's stack and put our name on it, because sovereignty that's merely relabeled isn't sovereignty.

Bilal Sefsaf
Co-founder and CEO of BortoCall. Fourteen years building technology in Algeria, with a background in product design.
He leads BortoCall from Algiers on the conviction that infrastructure ownership shouldn't be a privilege — it should be the default for institutions that depend on it.

Amine Smida
Co-founder and CTO of BortoCall. Fourteen years building and scaling engineering teams and infrastructure across Algeria's tech industry.
He leads engineering with a simple standard: every layer we ship, we build and own ourselves — nothing licensed and relabeled.

Powered by theDream Team
We're a close team in Algeria, building serious infrastructure without the ego that usually comes with it. People here own real work from day one, learn fast, and back each other when it counts.
We take the mission seriously not ourselves. If you want a place that pushes you and has your back while it does, you'll fit right in.
