You must immediately notify BortoCall of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. BortoCall will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We employ end-to-end encryption and sovereign infrastructure to protect your communications.

5. Data Privacy & Sovereignty

BortoCall is committed to protecting your data privacy and digital sovereignty. All communications are protected with end-to-end encryption. We do not access, read, or share the content of your encrypted messages. For organizations using on-premise or sovereign cloud deployments, data remains entirely within your controlled infrastructure. Our data processing practices comply with applicable data protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BortoCall and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant BortoCall a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BortoCall, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. BortoCall's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Algiers, Algeria. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
